Maximum productivity through software integration
As an automation studio, we oppose that. We ensure that software is seamlessly connected, so that you, as an organization, can prevent duplication of work and achieve real continuity.
CRM integrations
For agencies and organizations that have a familiar CRM system but want to integrate additional applications. For example, connections for data enrichment, project management, email marketing applications, dashboards or administrative software.
E-commerce integrations
For companies with an e-commerce platform that would like additional functionalities or want to bring their applications together. Think of integrations with PSPs, PIM software, inventory management, billing software, logistics platforms or accounting.
ERP integrations
Organizations that use an ERP system for their business operations and realize that one system can't solve everything benefit from integrations with CRM platforms, e-commerce, DMS, PIM, HR and payroll systems, WMS solutions, customer service systems, to name a few.
AI -integrations
AI-integrations bring artificial intelligence into existing systems, making processes smarter and more efficient. Examples include applications such as risk assessment, predictive analysis, insight generation and optimization. The possibilities of AI are widely applicable and versatile, too many to mention, really!
Web links
Web links connect websites to gather valuable (lead) information and synchronize data. They make it possible to track user behavior, automatically send forms and customer interactions to CRM or marketing tools and thus collect data for data-driven decisions.
API links
This includes using APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to connect systems. This is a fundamental and universal technique for connecting a variety of tools and platforms. Does a system or software that you want to use have an API? Then we'll connect it for you!
The Development Life Cycle
The first phase of the SLDC usually consists of two parts that begin with collecting the requirements of the software link.
In this phase, we turn the ideas into concrete plans. We create a visual design in Figma and document supporting wireframes and flowcharts.
With a solid basis to work with, this phase is where development takes place and where we turn specifications and designs into a real product.
It is important that the application is extensively tested before it goes live. In this phase, we do QA (Quality Assurance) and carry out tests.
The most fun phase! In this phase, the software link will be rolled out for the intended users to get started with their work.
Software links are continuously being updated and improved. This phase therefore goes beyond pure maintenance. We'll see what could be better and include this in the next cycle.
Streamlined processes for a flawless organization
Online presence
In the form of a visually appealing and functional website that attracts and converts customers.
Appropriate software
Appropriate (customized) software that makes a meaningful difference in managing and executing operational processes.
Optimal processes
We map, analyse and automate business processes for maximum productivity and efficiency
A fluid process focused on productivity
Short and simple, we would like to get to know you and your organization via an introduction. We'll discuss your requests, ideas, and deadlines to set the framework and create a transparent process for your project. We set a schedule based on a shared timeline.
Not sure about your needs yet? All right, this is mainly about introducing and coordinating the next steps.
Once the timeline has been established, we collect and analyze your organization's needs. We work closely with your team and stakeholders to understand what the link should do. This phase results in a detailed document that describes the functional and non-functional requirements, which forms the basis for the entire project.
With the established requirements, we move on to the design of the software link. This includes both the technical design of the architecture and the visual design of the interface. We determine the software structure, the technologies used, and ensure that the design meets all specifications and user needs.
During this phase, we write the code, or rather, use no-code magic to build the integration. Everything is developed based on the previously approved design. We follow a structured development process so that the link is reliable, safe and efficient.
After the software link has been developed, it is extensively tested. We perform various types of tests, including functional tests, performance tests, and security tests. Our goal is to ensure that the software link works fully as expected and meets the requirements of your organization.
If the software link has been approved after the tests, we implement it in the production environment. This means that the software link goes live and can be used by your organization. We ensure a smooth transition and provide support and training during the rollout.
What our customers say

Questions we often receive about connecting software
Find answers to the frequently asked questions we receive as integration specialists. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Then get in touch with us.
Before we can start the project, we'll plan an introduction, and we'll guide you through the process of our workflow. We'll discuss your requests, ideas, and deadlines to set the framework and create a transparent process for your project.
Collaboration is the key word. With short lines of communication, we keep in close contact, both during and after development.
Because integrations and links can vary in requirements and functionalities — from simple functions to extensive developments with a complex backend — it is not possible to determine a fixed price for a software connection.

In order to connect two or more systems or applications, they must have an API (Application Programming Interface). Developers use this interface to add, edit, and delete data programmatically, or perform other actions in the application.
If a system or application does not have an API, it is already more difficult to make a connection. Get in touch and tell us what you want to connect and we'll be happy to figure it out for you.
Depending on the size and complexity of the integration or link, it usually takes 8 to 12 weeks to design and develop the software link.
We always follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in combination with the Agile framework.
We work according to the development principles of the Agile framework and deliver work in two-week sprints. This enables us to quickly deliver parts of a project, respond appropriately to changes, maintain quality and continuously improve.
In this way, we keep a grip on the planning and are transparent to all stakeholders! But let's start with an introduction.
Plan an introduction at a time that suits you. Or share your details and we'll get back to you.
